I'm in DFW - DART is our local line.
Houston's MetroRail is notorious for crashes. It has (or had) one of the worst records in the US. Pretty bad for such a new line. One of the reasons is the central reservation running - making it easy for drivers not looking in their mirrors to cut in-front of a speeding tram.
It is a few years old now, but there's a montage on youtube made from the onboard CCTV cameras:
