Streamlined B17 liveries

Post by Tovidious »

VCan anyone tell me what liveries the two streamlined B17s, East Anglian and City of London, carried while they were streamlined?

Good morning all
The streamlined B17/5's were painted in apple green, but the side skirting originally fitted was painted black in all the pics that I've seen.

And plain unlined black in wartime until repainted by BR in BR green, with a different profile (vertical) to the smoke box black/boiler green join, until de-streamlining.
