Anybody going to this?
I am booked at the moment for 3 days on the NYMR stand in the Marquee.

I will be there Friday & Saturday, along with the night session during the week. Looking forward to it immensely.

I'm going on Tuesday-is SCOTSMAN still black?I hope so.It'll be great to look round stuff we don't normally see up here-the 395's etc.Just hope the rain keeps off!!

Yes, Scotsman is still in black, but none of the motion is present on the loco. So if, like me you'll be photographing everything, you're gonna have a hard time getting a decent shot.

So true, but the best times to photograph Flying Scotsman, is at the begining and at the end. I'll have five days to play around with, so I've plenty of opportunites. I'm hoping to catch 70013 coming in on Wednesday too

Had a cracking day on Tuesday,thoroughly enjoyed myself.The rain stayed off too!First time in 30 years i'd been in the cab of KOYLI-sure it wasn't as much of a squeeze then!!!
