Former Kings Cross Station Footbridge

Post by Dave Cockle »

I heard from a friend of mine, who is involved in a Railway Preservation Society, that the former Kings Cross Station footbridge
that was put in store at Whitemoor has been bought by the Mid Hants Railway. They apparently plan to use it as a viewing gallery spanning the tracks.

Does any one else know any more about this? I looked on the MHR web site, under news, but could not see any mention of the bridge
being bought by them.

Heard the same thing Dave, from blokes who went to the recent Whitemoor Open Day.

Nothing official so far.
