North Yorkshire Moors Rly - 27th February 2010

A quick trip down to the Moors today, thought I would try find my way there from Sunderland... In service was 30926, 45212 and D7628.

I've uploaded a couple of the clips the remaining are on the Winter Steam DVD now available to pre-order with just one final film day taking place tomorrow at the Tanfield.

Nice set of pictures especially on the way into Bog Hall into Whitby.

Did anyone see the antique programme the other day, when the presenter was on the north york moors rly ?

Yes,it was "Flog It",i caught it by chance.Went to the KWVR on saturday,and to say the weather wasn't brilliant,there were a lot of people there.Good to see-it bodes well for the warmer months.On our first run on the Railbus,the driver was a learner,and had to do an emergency stop which was fun!It was just outside Keighley,and after he had real trouble getting up the hill!! :)
Bring back Ferrybridge station!
