910 and 1463 shed allocations.

Post by Geraint80135 »

Hello this is my first visit to your excellent forum.

Two of my favouiite locomotives are the NER no 910 (901 class) and no 1463 (Tennent 1463 class). I visit these locos on a regular basis at Shildon and Darlington North Road. Can anyone shead any light on the shed allocation history of these two locos and the two classes in general.

Many Thanks.

They were solid looking engines - as most of Fletcher's tender locos were.

Since starting to model NER in 7mm, I find my interests moving earlier in the NER's history. There's something about the Victorian products of Fletcher and Bouch that appeals.
