Hi
Is this the Diagram 25 version??.
If it is I am building one as well!! I have one other photo of a model in North Eastern Record Vol 2 which does not have any beading above outside framing. Now I have seen yours I dont know which one is correct ??? The instructions are very vague re this, also he doesnt supply any wire which is unusual. Danny also qoutes the code for the Dia 25 as CCT.
Lastly what colour are you using??
Any help most welcome!!!!!!!!!!!!

According to Danny this is Diagram 25.

I would not worry too much about presence/absence of beading. Different batches may have been built with minor differences, or the beading perhaps removed during repairs. Few vehicles were exactly the same after a few years in service.

I make up my paint using a mixture of Precision Paints Golden Teak and Weathered Teak.

Edge Hill,
Lovely CCT,I can see why Mick enquired re the colour, something right about it-I would not have though of mixing these, though I have both, stupidly only ever thought of them as part of the teak effect-of course they can be used as a straightforward paint
