Locoshed Index back up and expanded.

Prenationalisation allocations have been added for GWR and Southern sheds.

Looks like it is being implemented with an underlying database - unlike the static lists from before.

The planned loco database for this site will extend the concept. Wider range of information and searchable - but only LNER. I'll be adding a forum area for database editors in the next week or so.
