Help indentifying publication

In the Ingrow Museum the attached drawing was displayed for a GNR Composite Lavatory Carriage referring to "Figs 530 to 532". Does anyone recognise which publication this was from?

It is, or at least I think it is, from The Railway Engineer November 1895, I can let you have a better copy.
