The BTP would like to trace the victim of this assault. The perpetrator is "known to the Police" as the saying goes.

If you know the victim, or are him, please contact the BTP.

The problem here is that, given the bad press we get from "comedians" this is something we, as a community, can do without so let's extract the vermin while we're at it.
