Haverton hill and Newport sheds

Post by firefighter56 »

Hi
I'm trying to find some information/pictures/track plan of Newport shed buildings (Middlesbrough) and Haverton hill shed and buildings.
I'm having a go at making a model railway based on these two sheds. I would be very grateful for any information regarding these.
Having looked on the web etc I have found very little about these sheds and hope that someone on the site has or knows were I can find the info that I'm looking for.

Thanks in advance.

Have you tried the North Eastern Railway Association at https://sites.google.com/site/northeast ... ct-details.
The Librarian/Archivist should be able to give assistance.
Tom.

Dear Sir can send a track diagram for you a bit later esp Newport as I was a coolie there until closure.

Hi Jim,
Thanks for getting back to me.
The plan would be great, I'm willing to pay any costs that you incur.
I will try and send you a pm and sort it out.

Thanks
Ken

PS I'm in Middlesbrough.
