Post by Rlangham »

Great weekend spent at Beamish with the Durham Pals, and fortunately the chance to have a bit of a look around at the non-WW1 exhibits

One of the stars of the show for me was this 1916 Albion A10 2 Ton lorry

1913 Thornycroft, formerly and now back in the livery of Hull Corporation, another star for me. I'd seen it before at the Great Dorset Steam Fair and Shuttleworth Steam Fair in 2012 but has had more work done to it since then, and seeing it in my favourite location at Beamish, outside the motor garage, meant I spent at least one entire roll of film on my 1917 Kodak on the subject!
