Haven't seen it in person but from the photos it looks absolutely superb, nice and atmospheric, there's a lot to be said for an interesting station rather than the usual one or two platform open air job with a run-round loop - the 5 platform Horsted Keynes on the Bluebell, Kidderminster on the Severn Valley Railway with a roof over the open area before you reach the platforms themself, and now Pickering

The acoustics under the roof are fantastic! Remember the roof was the best way of protecting the station walls and it provides some badly needed protection for stock.
