Cross purposes - the original photo I posted is only one shot - I think you're talking about the Norwich Thorpe film over which I don't think there is any doubt.

Sincere apologies if my comment caused offence - that was not my intention at all.
The absence of 4489 in the photo I posted doesn't (of itself) mean the photo wasn't taken at Norwich, but I agree with your comment that its presence with full streamlining in garter blue implies the dates you mentioned for the Norwich film - I didn't think that was in doubt. It was simply my best guess until the link to the Ilford photos was posted and suggested otherwise.
