Thanks stembok 52A has already pointed out to me that Harvester had the same markings, i didnt realise that this was a Darlington thing like painting the cylinders. I had a look for more examples in Townends East Coast Pacifics at Work but couldnt find any. Another mystery solved. It just goes to show how careful you have to be when quoting what detail the locos should carry. Modellers beware.
