Ay up!

They're excellent - love the pictures of Bittern at Ribblehead.
If I ain't here, I'm in Bilston, scoffing decent chips at last!!!!

Hi BB,

Glad you like them, up at Ribblehead it really was very cold in the wind.

Good morning all
Around 1980, I was behind two Black Fives over the Settle Carlisle line. This was the first trip that had a run through photo shoot. It was terrific with the Black Fives at long cut-off belching steam and smoke everywhere.
The film in my SLR seemed to last forever, which was because the film wasn't winding on properly, and I ended up with zero usuable pics.
Good memories

I was not aware of that plaque! I sincerely hope it wasn't attached when I attended the Great Goodbye at Shildon back on 17th February, or my observation skills must be worse than even my wife accuses me they are! (It was dark though!).

Better check my photos!
