NRM - 5 A4's in a day, 30th November

Post by kieranhardy »

http://khardy.zenfolio.com/p675606479 - 30 photos of the A4's from my NRM visit showing the usual trio around the turntable with Bittern outside the NRM plus 60009 arriving and departing with a tour both in lovely sunlight and at night. This was my first time seeing an A4 moving under its own power so it was a real treat for me.

A few previews:

Thanks,

Strangely it was my first time seeing an A4 moving under its own power, took me long enough!

Yes nice shots, I especially like the night ones. Seen all the locos many times in BR service in fact Dominion of Canada was the last A4 I was pulled by in BR service. About 51 years ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
