Spam Attack

We just had a large spam attack. More parts of the globe have been banned - including large swaths of IP addresses from Russia and other countries.

I have also tightened the controls on the anti-spambot question and registration: You will have less attempts to answer the question correctly, and you will have less attempts to enter your password correctly.

I have also changed the anti-spambot question to a different locomotive.
