No - the bell was removed to make way for the double chimney. Already discussed here:

To clarify, if the bell were fitted to 60010 in front of a double chimney cowl, then you wouldn't be able to open the cod's mouth as the bell would not only foul the top casing door, but it would have to be fixed on it
