well mr bunt , i always thought tapes and cd's were recordings from vinyl recordings , now you must also remember that a lot of stuff you get on tape and cd's are not the recordings from the number 1 hit single. The recording companys made numerios recoordings before finaly choosing the one for the charts , these lesser ones becomming available in later years to the unsuspecting listener.

to day in 1952 , another sad announcement as the King passed away , the young prinncess and her husband had to curtail their saffari holiday in kenya as the nation mourned .

Food in the 21st century.

I've just bought 250 boxes of Tesco Everyday Value burgers. What a bargain!

They only cost me a pony :-D

Nay lad, never buy that many. You'll not be able to fit them in your fridge, and then - they're off! I hope they don't give you the trots... and if they do you're soon in a stable condition.

A friend of mine who's an analytical chemist with a local pharmaceuticals firm checked them out for me. He said the fat level looked OK but he didn't like the Shergar content.

I forgot to mention that after I'd bought the burgers I went to see my doctor. She told me to watch what I eat and gave me two tickets for the next race meeting at Newmarket.

You can still get Vesta curries etc, all the traditional varieties too. As for the sausage, I dont know about walls but Westlers do sausages in lard ina tin. I had some a couple of years ago and boy I can't begin to tell you bloody horrible they were! :shock:
Its good to know where you stand. Saves making a fool of yourself later......
