You probably already know this but it may be useful information to others in that the design of Gunpowder Vans was to an agreed RCH specification and that is one specification to which very little alteration was made by the individual companies (possibly company-standard brake and buffing gear, and maybe axleboxes). On that basis it should not be too much of challenge to produce one as used by a specific company.

Exactly so, '47 and I recently turned a GWR (Ratio) Iron Mink into a GN one. What caught my eye about the Parkside kit were the angled corners where most kits have curves.

Resurrecting this thread and expanding it slightly - Peter Simmerson has recently made a fair approximation of a GC 15' 4 plank wagon based on Cambrian's C53 Wheeler and Gregory PO kit. I'll try to get hold of a picture.
I've also been looking at Barry's C107 kit, the D178 5 plank open built by the SR. With not too much effort I reckon that would make into a D210 5 plank VB open.
