Last Day of Keilder Forest line & other Gresley V1's & V3's

Evening All

I have added a small collection of Gresley V1 and V3 2-6-2T Prairie Tank Locomotives, including this

Neil,

I'm not sure if you are interested, but V3 67635 pictured at Doncaster is almost certainly on the Hull portion of the Yorkshire Pullman. It would be split/joined from/to the Leeds portion in Doncaster station.

These just remind me what a handsome little engine the V1 and V3 were.

the good old days , when you were dryer at Keilder station than you would be at Plashetts to-day :mrgreen:
