Gresley A4's final (highland) Fling

Hi All

Thanks to Bill Wright & Tony Gillett here is the final collection of Gresley A4 photos. Bill's pics are all from Scotland in 1965/66, including a pic of 3 A4's at Ferryhill depot

Great photos.The one with the cabs stacked up is pretty sad though.
Bring back Ferrybridge station!

F.F: not to worry. At the time of the photo of the cabs the A4s 60022/30 they were undergoing general repairs -their last- and would within weeks be back in service including working 'The Elizabethan' during its last season hauled by steam.

60006 at Glasgow's Buchanan Street station ready to leave with the 5.30pm to Aberdeen in the mid-60s.
