Very nice looking model you have there. What have you got planned next?

Anything weird or unusual will catch my interest, be it an express or locomotive

I'm also drawn to the commemorative, let's hope Bachmann will produce 6165 Valour.

Now finished.
Another damage job . This one was easier as only needed a front bufferbeam (YES!!! please Graeme re castings) thanks to David W.
Bell was from Jim from a USA Scotsman. As provided it had a ornate frame which is wrong for the Canada version. This Bell had a plain frame. I had intended to leave it alone but on attempting to bend to allow for the smokebox slope it fell to bits. Hence new frame made form scrap etches ,as you can see it also now moves but doesnt ring!!
Also added Single Chimney and new lamp irons.
Tender is a Merlin edition beading added to sides/end and repainted.

Very nice.:)

Made me look at mine with its golden letters and numbers and shiny wheel rims. :(

Another job to add to the list!

Very nice models Mick - I wonder if somebody out there might be prepared to produce a correct bell casting (lost wax) for D of C and even a correct whistle?

Graeme are you listening!!??.

Seriously I doubt if there is enough demand for either? I used to own a old style A4 for which I bought a Lost wax bell (no idea where from 20+ years ago) which was a good reproduction of the Canada bell.

they also do lost wax bells, all in HO of course, but I think it would be hard to tell.

Thanks for link. Sadly a $100 minimum order makes it a no no . Will try and find another stockist of the parts. Anyone know of a UK one for Cal Scal please.
