Coach delivery to a railway site

Post by Bryan »

About a year ago or so there was a thread on a number of coaches being delivered to a prospective railway site.
They were offloaded from the lowloaders then slid sideways by use of Kelbus gear.
The coaches were to be used as a local information point prior to the railway becoming operational.
I think it was based in Northumbria or the Borders.

Can anyone remember the thread and point me in the direction of it please?

Thanks
