World's tiniest working V12 diesel engine

Even if you're not an engineer or even remotely interested in such things, you've got to marvel at the skills of some people.

He has the skill but above all, what patience. Wonder what the power output is?

how odd, hes got the camshafts running at engine speed. With a 4 stroke engine you have the cams running at 1/2 engine speed. I wonder how hes got that to work?
Having watched the end, I now think its fake. Wheres the ignition system? wheres the heat coming from the exhausts?

Ay up!

As a diesel, it has no spark plugs and relies on the heat generated by compression to ignite the fuel.

Come to think of it, where are the injectors?

I think it is worked off compressed air so the valve timing is more akin to a steam engine.

Its not a diesel engine, and it doesn't say anywhere that it is. What it is is a compressed air engine, basically a steam engine that runs on air. Beautiful, but totally pointless. Bit like art really! :D
Now just feast your ears on this little baby!
