LNER D11 drawing - help needed

Post by 60800 »

This is the pre-release of my brand new D11 drawing, but it is fully lined. I would like you chaps in the know to scan it with your expert eye and tell me if anything is wrong (bear in mind it has been made slightly smaller due to forum restrictions:

Many thanks, JJD :)

No scale in particular, I just draw and adjust so that it looks right to me :)

Ay up!

In the main, looks good. To my eye, the cab windows are too narrow, other than that - congrats! :D
If I ain't here, I'm in Bilston, scoffing decent chips at last!!!!

Thanks BB :)

I will admit that the cab windows, driving wheels, suspension and axleboxes are plucked straight from the A4
The 'lip' of the cab roof is also slightly higer than my A4, to account for the height differences. A D11/2 will be produced in due course, but after I have made the LNER green, Br lined green and Br (lined and unlined) black versions :)
