Six long years it has taken me to master uploading photos here so finally here are some of the shots I took on a visitto the railway museum in Greenbay.

Are both A4's actually being repainted? I had heard that they were to be ushered to Doncaster works as soon as they landed fish n chips side

Let's hope they paint them garter blue!!! :lol: Actually Dwight D Eisenhower was the first A4 painted garter blue after WW2 in September 1945!

Now that's what I'm talking about. Three in Garter Blue? Would valances be extracting the Michael? :shock:

Garter blue without valances and with stainless steel letting with the number 8, would be perfect

Surely, if valences were added then we would at least be sending the loco back with "added value"! 8)
