Well, HSE would have to ensure that all balls are of uniform circumference and weight, made from the correct non-toxic concrete aggregates, that all chains be of an EU tensile strength specification, and be installed with all proper warnings about safe usage. Maybe they could send some of their orange-jacketed staff up onto the roof to conduct a suitable test run to verify results are in conformance. Wot me, taking the mick? :)

Ay up!

Maybe if the concrete balls had bells between them, then the crew would be warned that they had unauthorised passengers?

I wonder if it will strip out the pantos without bringing down the catenary ?
