Here are the first-attempt cast resin cylinders screwed in place on the loco, with the Hornby rear covers plugged neatly and tightly into them. I've since dealt with the bent step by the way...

Ran my A1/1 at the Club running session today - looked very good and STILL appears to be running faster than the Peppercorn engine! Wozzat all abart?
