You're both thinking in the right direction: so, any suggestions on how an Elkie Brooks song and the flouncy Portugese winger employed at Old Trafford may combine in the form of an LNER locomotive?

60100 Spearmint (of course)

and.....stretching the point..

60050 Persimmon, sold in the UK as Sharon Fruit, and orange in colour?

Salmon Trout is pink, but it could come in a Sandwich, provided you use a Harvester's Loaf. (Wince)
