If anyone is interested - I have GA's for the footballer nameplates.

Drawing 109 Showing 'Everton' with details for locos 2862-2872
Drawing 1461D showing 'Arsenal' with details for locos 2848 - 2872, although this drawing has several amendments to the loco names - eg 2870 shows Machester United, then Tottenham Hotspur then City of London.

Being raised in Sheffield and having visited Hillsborough on countless occasions, the nameplate used to be above the main entrance to the Directors suites, prior to the remodelling of the South Stand for the 96' Euro Championships. I was in the Sheffield Model Railway Enthusiasts for many years and was told by one of the members that both Sheffield clubs had salvaged the original nameplates.

Now, rather than the P2 project, how about rebuilding a B17? Up the Owls!

Now you're talking! Really hope this goes through all the way to completion, then all we need is a B16, K3, etc. etc. 8)
