Mystery location agin

61070 pointed me in the direction of this photo.
The only problem is Where is it?
As can be seen it is copied off the Imech site but I have requested a copy.
It appears to show 1 of the 3 ploughs built at York in 1909.
As such it is possible it may be mine No 18, the scrapped No 19 or Beamish's No 20
Finding a location will enable a further tightening up of the ID.

Due to the fact I have a similar photo I would say (out on a limb here) Darlington, circa 1936.

Nearly right.
Date on the Imech site page says 1933.

I have asked them as well if they have any more detail.

However I think Darlington is likely to be wrong, unless part of a transit move.
Ploughs 2, 6, 15 and 16 were allocated at the time.
18 + 20 were at Shildon with 19 at Tweedmouth.
The steps, axle box doors and cab doors are wrong for any other plough except 18, 19 + 20

I thought maybe someone from the signalling side may be able to ID the location.
