Here's one for Manna

Never thought I'd hear that sound again - a pity one of the little stinkers didn't get preserved

Sorry Hitchin I missed this one but I seen it now, Baby Deltic's sounded like no other diesel on BR, sound a bit like a souped up 6 cylinder petrol car, have they got that type two and a half working???
Also listened to the Deltic starting up,Ahhh memories of wet nights at the Cross

You know it's summer in South Australia when you see towels covering the side windows

I wonder how much money and time it would take to re-create one? If Tornado was possible.............. and if engines already exist that are in working order or can be renovated, as Clarkson says, "how hard can it be"?

G'Day Gents
I suppose you could use a class 33 body frame as a start, and go from there??
