Mad Martin website works fine for me.

The SE Finecast N7 has parts for round-topped firebox as well as Belpaire and builds /1 /4 /5 variants.

The Gibson J15 is in production again. A batch is due to be sent out very soon. Anyone got any suggestions for motor/gearbox to go in it.

Simon.

Thanks Simon.

I installed Stopzilla, and the first time I typed in the address I received a strange response saying the page could not load. It appears to be a valid site but may be temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.

I hit refresh and it came up fine with no errors or warnings.

Sorry Mick, don't know why you are having issues ATM but will continue to investigate. It has been suggesting that as part of it was created using old copy of frontpage the code might not be as clean and acceptable to latest IE as other products?

Mad Martin a quick review. Using the first link provided on this site gave me an 404 error message the second link took me on to Mad Martins site. Some sections of the site are not working but in general the kit section which was my main interest was well built but with a few basic errors such as the LNER 0-4-0 class which is correctly described as a 290 class pre grouping is attributed to the GCR instead of the GER.
All in all if the site can be edited up to the standard that this site is maintained at this could be a very useful resource and members should not be put off using it as long as they remember to cross check information provided.

I am not connected to Mad Martin or his site in any way.
Hi interested in the area served by 52D. also researching colliery wagonways from same area.

Thanks, I will amend that tomorrow.

I assume that is the 209 class.

And I apologise if I hi-jacked the thread, that was not the intention

Apologies for my typo above getting 209/290 transposed.

Mad Martin's site is very handy, Nu cast kits available online via sherwood models, handy indeed.

Great stuff.

Hi Mike, I am building the NNR in EM, Sheringham to Weybourne. The J15 is a must, I will probably build the Gibson kit. How about a B12? I have built a PDK kit, also a Kirk Quard-Art set.
Cheers John
