Ex LNER Brake Van

Hi Guys
I'm trying to determine & confirm details on a Brake Van at the Stainmore Railway.
It has a running number of 509950 which I assume is an LNER I'd? My records show this as a 6w 15t Brake Van designed for CLC and built by the GCR in 1903. Other sources suggest it was ex NER.
If anyone can confirm this and can supply more details, such as previous running numbers, where built, diagram etc I'll be very grateful.
I'm working on a project which will freely be available via a website which I'm still working on. I'm presently trying to clear up several wagon queries.

The number suggests it is ex GC (or LNER (C) ) and if it's GC the original number would be 9950.

I suspect GC diagram 66 (LNER diagram 73). I have a copy of the GCR diagram book and that particular number is not listed, but as my version dates from circa 1913 that is not conclusive.

The CLC had a number of similar vans but I'm not sure whether these were built new or transferred out of GC/LNER stock. I think that unlike revenue vehicles CLC brakes remained CLC owned and were not shared out between the LNER and LMS circa 1930.

That sorts out a few points. There has been much debate about this elsewhere as to it's true origin & operation with the CLC.
I'm happy to accept it was built by the GCR in 1903 but still can't confirm if it ever came under CLC ownership. Perhaps the running number is fictitious if it isn't listed in your GCR Diagram book?
A lot of preserved wagons are like this where a previous I/d is unknown.
