Newcastle Quayside Branch

Post by nickrail »

Hi
I've been scanning some of the forums and contributions on here and they are really useful. It's great to see how things can be shared!

My query relates to the Northeast. Does anyone have any photographs or maps showing the rail layout of the Newcastle Quayside branch railway? I'm looking at both ends ie Trafalgar Yard and the exchange sidings at the bottom. Any info welcomed.

Cheers
Nick

Nick,

I have the track plans and 25-inch OS maps of Trafalgar South and Newcastle Quayside yards. I've also got a signalling diagram for Argyle Street cabin circa 1935. I;ve a lot of material on the Tyneside Electrified Area.
