Well with the clocks altering this weekend, decided to take a trip to the Churnet valley railway. A good day out with a standard 264 tank , Brush type 3 & a very newly restored Brush 4. It was good to see a number of people & very exited Dads & kids

I didn't know Brush had built a type 3 - just a 2 (the class 31s) and a couple of 4s (the single class 53 and the rather more numerous class 47s)?daveinstoke wrote:A good day out with a Brush type 3
Sounds nice, though, and very good to get out at this time of year to blow the cobwebs away. Steam does it very well, I find.
So - did anyone dare tell Stephenson, "It's not Rocket science"?
