I'm currently working on the cut-off indicator and forming the backhead cleading, hence my question asked in the locomotives and rolling stock forum...any help much appreciated...:)

glad to see and hear you are back Pete,
now we are getting to wards that boring part where you can paint and run it.

As brilliant as Tim's 2mm scale work but in a different way.

I'll be spending the next few days fine tuning the fit of the cab, ashpan and smokebox to ensure that all sections are happy in how they sit around the boiler. I have moved the cab forward a small amount, will decide is its good when testing the fit of the smokebox next week. If all seems good that will be its final location. As the picture shows the reverser fits nicely, its a little high as I mentioned a few days back, the sleeve is a little tall. The handle should be just below the window ledge which I may tackle if happy that it doesn't foul the gravity sander lever, or should I say my big fingers don't...🙂
