I also printed out the parts for Norman Millier's 'reverse' Stanier brake van, scaled down from G1.

Sorry about the poor quality of the picture but while to original was well under 2mb in size it would not let me upload it, even a 500kb it was till saying it was too large to add as an attachment.

And I finally have nice model, with a very free running chassis, of Jonny Duffett's Thompson BG. It just needs cleaned up slightly. The A1 was able to print the chassis upside down without supports and the footboards still managed to come out OK. I fully expected to have to replace them from scratch. I will probably just fit dummy centre wheels in the meantime. It will happily do a full lap of the UMRC test track - about 80 feet.

I just like to use this thread to inform, that the LNER-container Dia. 18 & 25 are now online for free download to print:
https://www.printables.com/model/999335 ... iner-1-148

There is also an PDF-file with decals for self-printing.

Thanks to Stephen for helping me to find sources and for his support.

Sascha

PS: I also uploaded decals for GWR-B4-diagram:

good work,
but finding the decals is difficult, the links both go to the lorries, and there is not a link to the decals.

Do you have a reference for the picture with white decals on an oxide body? They were usually yellow on containers.

There is a Photos of both Containers and the Decals on his page click download button .

I have tried to copy and paste without success. I have managed a Screenshot option then paste to a new document for the decals and the photos.

The photo I agree the Lettering is paler shade than the white on the Conflat wagon it is sitting on. Presumably Yellow , never seen " LNE" used a container before.

The decals are in a PDF-file, you can download same way as the 3stl-files. It's shown more downwards under "other files".

Concerning lettering color: We discussed and found white reasonable. At least white I can print myself. Yellow is difficult. I should print first white and in 2nd round yellow, what never would go exactly one on top of the other... so I keep it with white color.
If you find any professional decal printer willing to provide decals with yellow letters, I would be happy to support him.... have some more these cases in the pipeline.
