Liveries on GC 4-6-0s?

Post by GWRSwindon »

Does anyone have any information on which GC 4-6-0 classes received the black goods livery, and which received the green passenger livery? I'm especially interested in the B1/B18 and B9 classes in GC days.

You'd have to specify dates as some changed from green to black in the 1928 revision.

My apologies, I should have specified I meant their liveries in GC days, especially between 1905 and 1914.

Thank you, do you know what liveries the Class 1A (B8); 8 (B5); 8F (B4); and 8G (B9) carried in GC days?

B8, B5 and B9 were black. The B4s changed from green to black pre-WWI.
