Its not an early shot of Pegswood by any chance.
Hi interested in the area served by 52D. also researching colliery wagonways from same area.

Could it be a (pre-1912) station somewhere between the Metro Centre and Ryton-on-Tyne? I'll stop after this one and give someone else a go. :oops:

Well signal box name ends in gill, mill or even hill. Rowlands Gill ,Haverton hill or Bardon mill. By the way i googled Edinburgh sub the other night to try to id an earlier pic that several of us thought was the sub but found no positive match.
