The short answer is no.
However, there were probably some in the design stage before Nationalisation. BR lots 2031, 2032, and 2033 were built at Shildon to BR diagram 1/031 in 1949 (425 wagons, B720000-B720424). This were a shock absorbing version of the all steel LNER diagram 194 vacuum braked open, presumably with the body shortened to 16'6".
