The signal box looks of GWR design. Pity there isn't a couple of interior pictures of the signal box as well.

Seems like the Daily Mail 'article' is a thinly disguised advert.

Glenfinnan also has a working restaurant car parked on a siding - and that is a real working station complete with the occasional steam train!
(and a short walk will give views of a famous viaduct or across Loch Shiel)

Personally I would rather have found a derelict railway station and restored it. I spent a large part of the 70s trudging around the ruins of old stations like Bowes, Kirknewton and Burdale and dreaming of having the money to rescue them from decay.
