Excellent. One of my many "if only I had time" wants.
Most subjects, models and techniques covered in this thread are now listed in various categories on page1

Dec. 2018: Almost all images that disappeared from my own thread following loss of free remote hosting are now restored.

Commission job.

Latest Hornby A4 Oprey renamed ,numbers and Letters.Nose painted Black back to the first Boiler Band. Now finished in Satin varnish as arrived in Hornby's god awful Gloss varnish finish.

Old Connesieur LNER N10 kit a eBay find. Makes up into a lovely Loco . Now ready for paint.

Lovely building job. Strange colour contrast between boiler and tanks?

It doesn't look like in the real. I presume shadow and fluorescent lighting are the culprits.
