D 8000 if memory serves me right was used as station pilot at Euston. Could someone enlighten me as regards the Type 1s that they had to be double manned at all times because of the restricted view of Drivers as regards running bonnet first on the EE type 1s and the position of the cabs on the other Type 1s.
