I have added 2 new photos of the 2nd built Gresley A1 pacific for the GNR Introduced 1922 original Gresley GNR A10 Pacific Design. Rebuilt to A3 in 1948

1471 un-named, still a GNR loco, date between August + November 1922 (named 9-11-1922) Gresley GNR A10 Pacific Design

Given 4471 is a Doncaster loco and the length of the train, possibly the 4pm Down? Note the GN articulated twin 3-4 in the set.

Is that leading TK ex-NER or ECJS? I'm looking at the trussing especially, which York employed on the dome roofed NER stock they built.

Jonathan,

I think it might be a York built GN/NE Joint Stock carriage to Diagram JS7, a third class corridor. Built 1907.

You are correct about the u/f being NER pattern, note the wooden headstocks, but it is not a NER carriage.

There is a photo of one in Harris's ECJS/GN carriage book, and an Isinglass drawing.
