I must have a faster 'high speed internet link' - took me 4mins for the 109MB version :-)
(we have fibre optics to the side of the house - useful for online movies, and I occasionally need to download DVD-ROM images from Microsoft)

Looks like it will be a useful book to have access to. I'm also looking for a book on NER wagons, if anyone knows of one? Some historical information would be good, but pictures and diagrams for modelling are essential. I understand the NER volume of Tatlow's LNER Wagons is at the printers - so I'll probably just wait for that.

There was (finally) a price quoted in the last Wild Swan advert I saw, so I will be looking for it at the Hull show in a couple of weeks.

Hi

Andrew Reid & Company have dowloaded the online copy of Tomlinson's book, printed and published it. It's available from Amazon (£16.33). ISBN-13: 978-0548823729

I got a copy of the printed version - it's much easier to use than the online version! Great book.
