G'day Gents

Re: Coaches
I've read a reference to green, possibly leather, used for something. Maybe first class, smoking? Somebody is bound to have their book open, ready to tell us........

Re: Coaches
Don't need a book for that one - first class seating in Restaurant Cars.
Third class red/black up to about 1930 (need the book for that one) then 'moquette' after that. See some of the colour pictures on here and the LNERCA site for the patterns used - basically shades of beige with different patterns woven in.

Re: Coaches
If you look back a couple of weeks there is a thread on Gresley Dia 186 carriages, Sawdust posted some photo's of 3rd class seats. other 3rd class colour was red and black, but in 4mm a deep ruby red should do, Green as Jonathan says 1st class restaurant cars, Blue for standard 1st class.

Me neither, save the first for c1930; just a greyed-out 'no entry' symbol.
