Yes the Scotsman NRM model isn't best version of the boiler to use , rear boiler bands removed and dome moved forward as well. It was a body with the front buffer beam area missing already , so a very easy choice for GN.

4771 ready for lining. The marks on the V2 body are sunlight shining on the very gloss paint.

113 chassis built awaits lining as well. Smoke deflector not fixed in photos.

Both look very good Mick. With the V2, what buffers are you intending to use? I am looking at a set of whitemetal buffers from Dave Frank's range for my V2s currently.

Maygib Spencers on both, I don't like whitemetal ones on Locos . Going for daft money on ebay. I believe Branchlines still sell them
